I am enrolled at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science. My focus is on hardware and software design. I am fluent in many computing programming languages such as Java, C++, HTML/CSS. I am passionate about solving complex hardware and software integration challenges. I am a quick learner, a team player, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work and contributing to team success. Prior to pursuing my tertiary education in computer science, I had developed skills in maintaining and repairing computers. As a result, I was featured on CBC Evening News for building a gaming desktop computer which I currently use.

I am furthering my academic pursuits by undertaking a Bachelor of Computer Science program at the University of the West Indies (UWI), building on the strong foundation laid during my previous studies.

I had the opportunity to work extensively with Service Desk and Cisco networking. I provided IT support using ServiceNow, configured computers and network switches, and created virtual layouts of server rooms using Patch Manager. Additionally, I set up employee workstations and conducted routine computer maintenance and repair tasks.

After my internship, I was called back to upgrade phone systems with new Cisco phones and troubleshoot and resolve phone system issues. This experience further solidified my expertise in telecommunication systems and showcased my ability to handle technical challenges effectively.
